Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@drapedwithhaya.com.

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Send you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Provide instructions for sending your item back

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process
